Getting there.. one step at a time

When I resumed running five and a half weeks ago, I did a random 7.5K run to Changi Village and back. That night, I felt really disheartened clocking 50mins. I know I should give thanks to just be able to run but having to start slow again is never easy. Tonight I decided to try out that same route and clocked 42mins. Mental note to self : No matter how long it takes or difficult/unpleasant it is to get back on my feet again, I must persist and someday I will get there. My goal is to get it down to 37mins. Can I do it in 5 weeks' time? I don't know but I'm most definitely going to try..
